Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to your use of justintimewatchs.com (the "site") and to enquiries, appointments and purchases made with Just in time Watches ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The site

The site presents the watches we offer and the services of our custom studio. It is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

2. Watches, pictures and descriptions

We take care to describe every watch accurately, using the maker's reference and specifications. Photographs are for illustration: colours can look different on different screens, and some pictures are the maker's own. Specifications may change without notice from the maker. If a detail matters to you, ask us before you buy and we will confirm it.

3. Prices and availability

Prices are not published on the site and are given on request. A price we quote is valid for the time we state, or otherwise on the day it is given. Every watch is subject to availability; showing a watch on the site is not a promise that it is in stock.

4. Enquiries and orders

You enquire about a watch by WhatsApp or through the contact details on the site. No order is placed and no payment is taken on the site. A sale is agreed only when we confirm it to you directly, together with the price, the payment method and how and when the watch will be delivered or collected.

5. Payment and delivery

Payment terms and delivery arrangements are agreed with you when the sale is confirmed. Ownership of the watch passes to you once it has been paid for in full. Risk passes to you when the watch is handed to you or to the person you nominate.

6. Warranty

Watches we sell are new and genuine and carry the maker's warranty on the terms the maker sets, which we will explain when you buy. The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, water beyond the watch's rated resistance, normal wear of straps, bracelets and glass, or work carried out by anyone other than an authorised service centre.

7. Custom studio

A custom watch is built to your specification. Its design, price and delivery time are agreed with you in writing before work begins, and a deposit may be required. Because it is made for you, a custom watch cannot be exchanged or refunded once work has started, except where it is faulty or not as agreed.

8. Appointments

Appointments requested on the site are confirmed by us. If you cannot attend, please tell us as early as you can so the time can be offered to someone else.

9. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. We may close an account that is used to break these terms.

10. Acceptable use

You must not use the site to break the law, to send unsolicited messages, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or its systems, or to copy its content in bulk by automated means.

11. Intellectual property

The site's design, text and photographs belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. Seiko, Alba and other makers' names and logos are trade marks of their owners and are used only to identify their products. Nothing on the site gives you a right to use them.

12. Liability

We provide the site as it is and do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

13. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its date, is the one that applies.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Egypt have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
