Built to one wrist

A commission is not a configurator. It begins with a conversation and ends with a piece that exists once. Between those two points sit four stages, three to five months, and one watchmaker who does not leave your bench.

The process

Four stages

Three to five months, typically

  1. The conversation

An hour with a watchmaker. What you wear, what you do with your hands, what the piece is for. No sketches yet.

  2. The drawing

Case, dial, hands and bracelet drawn to scale, then revised until the proportions are right on your wrist rather than on paper.

  3. The build

Movement selected and regulated, case cut, dial finished by hand. You see the piece at every stage it can safely be seen.

  4. The handover

Delivered in person at the boutique, with the drawings, the regulation certificate and a lifetime servicing record.
