This policy explains what personal information Just in time Watches ("we", "us") collects when you use justintimewatchs.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the website and to the conversations you start with us from it, including on WhatsApp.

1. Who we are

Just in time Watches is a watch boutique offering Seiko and Alba timepieces and a custom watch studio. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

2. What we collect

• Information you give us. Your name, email address and phone number when you create an account, book an appointment, send an enquiry, subscribe to news or contact us.
• Enquiries. When you tap "Ask on WhatsApp", a message naming the watch you are looking at is prepared for you. Anything you then send us on WhatsApp - including your phone number and profile name - is received by us through WhatsApp.
• Your account. The watches you save to your wishlist and the appointments you request.
• Technical information. Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and when, collected automatically so the site works and stays secure.

We do not take card or bank details on this website. No payment is made through the site.

3. How we use it

• To answer your enquiries about availability, price and delivery.
• To arrange and confirm appointments at the boutique or in the custom studio.
• To run your account and keep your wishlist.
• To send news about new arrivals, only if you have asked to receive it. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To keep the website secure, prevent misuse and understand how it is used so we can improve it.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

4. Cookies

We use cookies that are needed for the site to work - keeping you signed in, remembering your session and protecting forms from misuse - and a cookie that records your acceptance of the cookie notice. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site, such as signing in, may then stop working.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• service providers who host and maintain the website, send email on our behalf, or deliver your purchase, and only as far as they need it to do that work;
• WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to contact us there, under WhatsApp's own privacy policy;
• public authorities, where the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep account information for as long as your account is open, and enquiry and appointment records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal obligations. When information is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised.

7. How we protect it

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), passwords are stored in hashed form, and access to customer information is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to act promptly if something goes wrong.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it for news and offers. You can update most account details yourself from your account page. For anything else, contact us using the details on our Contact page or on WhatsApp, and we will respond within a reasonable time. These rights apply as provided by the data protection law of the Arab Republic of Egypt and any other law that applies to you.

9. Children

The website is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. Links to other sites

The site links to other websites, such as makers' pages and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
